Shipping & delivery

1. Dispatch timelines

Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off, or on public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. Cash-on-delivery orders are dispatched after a confirmation call or message, usually within the same window.

Made-to-order and pre-order pieces show their own dispatch window on the product page and in the order confirmation email; that window overrides the standard cut-off.

2. Delivery timelines by region

Estimated transit time after dispatch. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and exclude the day of dispatch.

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at checkout; write to us and we will let you know when it opens.

3. Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 and above: free standard shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹1,499: a shipping charge is calculated for your PIN code and shown in the order summary before payment — never added afterwards.
• Cash on delivery: available on eligible orders; any COD handling fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm.
• Prices include GST. No additional duties apply to domestic deliveries.

4. Tracking your order

A dispatch email with the courier name, AWB number, and a live tracking link is sent as soon as the parcel leaves the house. Signed-in members can also open her orders for the latest status, or ask the concierge on any page. If tracking has not updated for 48 hours, write to hello@theaarzoo.com with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

5. Delivery attempts and address changes

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to re-ship (a re-shipping charge may apply) or refund the order less the original shipping cost. Address changes are possible only before dispatch — reply to your order confirmation email as soon as you can.

6. Damaged or missing parcels

Please inspect the outer packaging on delivery and refuse a parcel that is visibly tampered with. If a piece arrives damaged, or a parcel is marked delivered but has not reached you, write to us within 48 hours with photographs and your order number. We will investigate with the courier and replace or refund the affected piece.

7. Delays and force majeure

Timelines may extend during festive peaks (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, sale periods), extreme weather, floods, strikes, curfews, public health restrictions, courier network disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. THE AARZOO is not liable for delays caused by such events, but we will keep you informed and, where a parcel cannot be delivered at all, refund the order in full.

8. Returns after delivery
