We want every piece to feel exactly as she desired. If something is not right, you may return unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@theaarzoo.com with your order number to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the piece.

Intimates, swimwear, and final-sale Raat Drop pieces are excluded unless defective. Free return pickup is available in select metros for orders above ₹1,499.
