Returns & exchanges
If something is not right, return unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Free return pickup is available in select metros for orders above ₹1,499.
01 · Write the house
Email hello@theaarzoo.com with your order number and whether you want a return or an exchange. We reply with a pickup or drop-off note.
02 · Send her back unworn
Tags attached, unused, in original packaging. Intimates, swimwear, and final-sale Raat Drop pieces are excluded unless defective.
03 · We inspect with care
Refunds post to the original method within 5–7 business days after the piece is received and checked. Exchanges ship once the return is cleared.
